Dr. Tom Morgan is the inaugural executive director of the Augsburg Center for Faith and Learning, the college’s curricular, co-curricular, and outreach programs that support the links between faith and learning. As a business faculty member, his work on organizational behavior and leadership helped to shape both undergraduate and graduate programs at Augsburg. As a vice president, Moragn has managing the College’s relationships with a number of external organizations and initiatives – Faith in the City (a consortium of Lutheran institutions active in service to the city), several neighborhood and community organizations, and various church-related projects.
