Curtiss DeYoung is a professor of Reconciliation Studies at Bethel University. He is an author or editor of ten books on reconciliation, interfaith social justice, and cultural diversity & the Bible. His reconciliation instincts have been shaped in African American churches, post-apartheid South Africa, and the Holy Land, and his career has included work in academia, nonprofits, and congregations. DeYoung has graduate degrees from the University of St. Thomas and Howard University.
